Skilled Project Manager, Robbie, is responsible for overseeing and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget. A University of Wyoming alum, he chose civil engineering because of the unique challenges presented by each project. He takes great pride in the high-quality work produced by his team and is a master at coordinating with contractors and communicating with clients. With a great work ethic and a strong sense of accountability, Robbie and his team always go the extra mile to get the job done. Outside of work, Robbie and his wife Amy enjoy coaching their sons in various sports and exploring new places as a family.

Taylor is dedicated to transforming ideas into tangible projects that benefit communities. With a master’s degree in Civil Engineering, he offers a high level of expertise and works to ensure all projects are successful, whether it be commercial buildings, solar energy fields or residential subdivisions. Taylor loves that at Performance Engineering, they work as a cohesive team with a common goal of success. Taylor takes pride in coordinating with the team, regulatory agencies and the public to make progress on current projects and schedule new ones. In his downtime, he cherishes spending time with his wife Anna and daughter Zoe and tackling home improvement projects.
