Project Summary
Performance Engineering provided comprehensive civil engineering, land surveying, construction management, permitting and land use planning services for the 17.7-acre Aurora Apartments development in Billings, Montana. The project consisted of 34 townhome buildings, two apartment complexes and complete site infrastructure, including roadway, water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage and grading improvements.
The team prepared the full site design, coordinated permitting through the City of Billings, completed HUD-compliant pre- and post-construction ALTA/NSPS surveys, supported bidding of the public improvements and provided construction observation and compaction testing during installation of the public infrastructure.
