Project Summary
Performance Engineering provided land surveying, civil engineering, construction management, permitting and land use planning services for Clearwater Subdivision in Billings, Montana. The team completed the layout and design for a 70-lot residential subdivision, including roadways, city water, sewer, grading improvements and stormwater infrastructure.
The project also included annexing the property into the City of Billings and completing the associated zone change. Performance Engineering supported permitting through the City of Billings and Montana DEQ, assisted with bidding for public portions of the project and monitored and observed public construction operations through project completion to provide inspection and compaction testing.
