This exciting project aimed to help the highly anticipated Diamond X Beer Co. navigate the various processes involved in developing their new facility and ensure that the brewery and taproom were built to meet the highest standards. The project involved transforming the raw ground into a brewery and taproom. The Performance Engineering team worked on the zoning, site permitting, complete site development, survey, and construction assistance for Diamond X Beer Co. The team successfully obtained a zone change by working through the zoning process with the city council to allow the facility to be located in the desired location. The team then assisted in the permitting and construction process.
