Lockwood School

Summary:

The Performance Engineering team assisted local architectural firm Collaborative Design with pre-bond cost estimating for a much-needed and cutting-edge new school facility. The team’s work was critical to getting through the bond election process and obtaining approval for the project. The team then worked on the full site design, State and local permitting, and worked with the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT), as well.

The team’s services also included designing the turf on the track and field, the softball field, and the full design of the school. The goal was to ensure that the facility was designed to meet the highest standards and that all necessary permits were obtained in a timely manner, and to ensure that the project was completed successfully, on time and under budget.
