The Performance Engineering team was tasked with optimizing the performance and efficiency of the newly constructed Town Pump located at Shiloh and King in Billings, MT. The 17,000-square-foot facility required support for various aspects of the construction process, including zone change, subdivision approval, complete utility design, city annexation, zoning, and construction management. In addition, the team will focus on improving access in and out of the car wash, which is a vital feature of the impressive facility. The team identified areas for improvement and implemented strategies to ensure the peak performance of Billings’ newest Town Pump, providing cost savings for the client and a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
