Zimmerman Subdivision

Summary:

The Performance Engineering team provided surveying, civil engineering and construction management services for the full subdivision of the now highly sought-after Zimmerman Subdivision for the City of Billings. The team also assisted with the annexation process and the design of roads and utilities to meet the city’s existing infrastructure and standards. The team’s construction management services included overseeing the construction process to ensure it was completed on time and within budget. The goal was to ensure that the subdivision was developed to meet the highest standards and that all necessary permits were obtained. The Performance Engineering team worked closely with the City of Billings and other stakeholders to ensure the project was completed successfully.
